In the past I have shared just about every important moment in my life online. My pregnancy with LD, baby shower, his birth announcement, my surprise April Fool's wedding day, vacations, gender reveal for CJ... you name it, I share it. After all this is how the majority of my family and friends got to know what was going on in my life. But even with my privacy settings set to "Friends Only" I have so many non-family members as friends, did I really want to continue sharing everything with EVERYONE?
A mom in my due date group on Facebook (yes that's a thing) introduced me to Tinybeans. I was reluctant at first, for no reason other than I was in a funky mood, but I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I signed up for an account and started browsing through the app, personalized it with each of the kid's info and started uploading pictures and adding milestone information. All those little video clips of the kids that get lost in my phone can now be shared, and I can free up some memory for the tons of other pictures and videos that I want to catch in the future.
It's like having a memory book or journal online that I can share with any family or friend that I choose. Rather than flooding my Facebook timeline with info about my kids that most people don't care to look at anyway can now be shared with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and god parents even if they aren't on any other social media site. My mother in law loves that part the best.
There is an option for both a free account as well as one that is paid. Of course the paid premium account offers more options. You can however get the premium account for free by using my referral link
https://tinybeans.app.link/JN85UDpXZz?referralCode=RJ4VJ3 We both get to enjoy a month of Premium for free.
I recommend it to EVERY parent.
My name is Felice. I am a stay at home mom to 3 wonderful children, two handsome boys LD- 7 and CJ- 2, and our beautiful little princess Marleigh is 4 months old. My mission is to get through each day, one day at a time without losing my mind and to connect with other moms who may be going through similar things, figuring it out as we go. ;)
